Processing Times
In-Stock Products: Orders are processed within 5-6 business days.
Custom Products: For custom projects or on-demand Fine Art prints, production times vary from 15 - 30 working days subject to availability of our artisans.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
We work with the best couriers to guarantee you a reliable service.
Pricing may vary depending on the product model, weight, and other specifics. Delivery arrangements will be coordinated with our artisans.
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier's website.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply once the package reaches the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. IMAGES AND ARTS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged or Lost Packages or Wrong Address
If the packaging appears visibly damaged upon delivery:
Accept with reservation: Sign the courier's document writing "I accept with reservation to check for damaged packaging".
Contact us: Send us a photo of the package and product within 24 hours of receiving it to imagesandarts1@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
