REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing [Your Studio/Site Name] design. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

Pursuant to current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without having to provide any reason.

  • Conditions: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Customized Products (Exclusion from Refund)

In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g., custom logos, commissioned illustrations, prints with personalized writing).

Please note: Once the final proof has been approved and production/delivery has begun, refunds for these items will not be available.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files, templates, fonts, presets), refunds are generally not granted once the file has been downloaded or submitted.

  • If you encounter a technical problem with your file, we will provide immediate assistance to fix or replace it.

4. Design Services (Projects)

For consulting or graphic design services:

  • Cancellation before start: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).

  • Project Started: If work has already begun, a deposit (usually 30-50%) will be retained to cover research time and initial drafts.

  • Project Completed: Refunds cannot be requested after the final, approved files have been delivered.

5. Refund Procedure

To start a request, follow these steps:

  1. Please email imagesandarts1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
